Job description
Position: District Manager (DM)
Project: Corporate Launchpad Training Program
Job Responsibilities:
- Tie up with computer institutes across different blocks in the assigned district to provide student training under the Corporate Launchpad course.
- Maintain training quality and ensure smooth execution of the program.
- Build and maintain relationships with computer institutes, trainers, and students.
- Monitor program progress, collect feedback, and submit regular reports to management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum Qualification: Graduation in any stream.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within the assigned district.
- Good communication, coordination, and management skills preferred.
Salary: ₹20,000 per month
Fuel Allowance: Up to ₹5,000 per month
Job Type: Full-Time (Field Job)
Vacancies: 10 — One position per district.
Job Locations: Khordha, Puri, Nayagarh, Cuttack, Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapara, Jajpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, and Mayurbhanj.
