Job Title: Team Leader (TL)
Company: Think Planner Solutions
Project: Unemployment Survey
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the survey team during fieldwork.
- Work alongside Survey Officers during household surveys.
- Monitor daily survey progress and data accuracy.
- Support team members and resolve field-level issues.
- Submit daily reports to management.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Age: 22–40 years.
- Male and female candidates can apply.
- Freshers with good leadership skills may apply.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork and travelling within the assigned area.
- Smartphone required.
Salary: ₹15,000 - 2500 per month
